Set in Ubud and within 2.4 km of Ubud Market, Tirta Arum features an outdoor swimming pool, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. The staff was absolutely welcoming and friendly, extra helpful as well (helped me iron my really wrinkled dress). They provided a floating breakfast free of charge upon request. Room was absolutely spotless and staff would call to ask if they could clean daily. Water would be refilled daily. Staff offer suggestions for touristy activities, but give great alternatives to over-priced venues. While booking, the staff would reach out while I was still in Kenya to thank me for booking and also offer day tour packages, which I appreciated. The hotel is absolutely tranquil. Would absolutely book a stay again when in Ubud!

The view was amazing and the noise of the jungle was like a dream. But most of all, the service from the staff was most memorable. They were there to help us in any way they could. They kept the rooms clean, arranged a tour, got us rides, were extremely responsive, provided exceptional food, and were very friendly. Anyone considering staying at this property shouldn’t choose anything else. Make sure to take full advantage of the great food, drinks, and hospitality the staff offers!

Everything was just perfect: • the location - it was quite serene at the hotel, but at the same time we could easily get to various cafes, restaurants, shops, currency exchange, motorbike rentals… •our spacious room with a wonderful jungle view and infinity pool on the balcony • the staff were welcoming and helpful • breakfast was splendid, there was a wide range of dishes we could choose from and everything was delicious • the design of the hotel itself, it’s such a pleasure to be there
