The resort provides a free 2-way transfer from Bintan Ferry Terminal. The property is clean and it has variety of activities. Spa, swimming pool is huge and amazing. It also has a kids club. The 3 properties Banyan Tree, Angsana and Cassia are interconnected so we can choose from an array of restaurants. The people working provided exceptional hospitality. Specially Tata who served us at reception. And at the Lotus cafe the lady was so lovely to provide us with egg free pastries on request. Vegetarian options are basic but its all good quality of food. The hotel rooms had exceptional view. All in all we wished we stayed anothet night.

Fantastic views of the sea.
