What can I say... everything was perfect: location, cleanliness, size of room, comfort of mattress, air conditioning, tv, etc and last but not least kindness and responsiveness of owner in giving us useful info. I would also add that the room we were assigned has a small fridge (very useful) and we were given 2 free bottles of water every day. The private terrace at the top of the building has a magnificent view over Naples! We did not select the option with breakfast but passing by the breakfast counter, i can assure you that you should definitely consider that option for the variety of the mouth watering cakes, brioches, etc. present Toledo metro station, as well as all kinds of typical small restaurants and pizzerie and "pasticcerie" are withing a few meters and all attractions are within walking distance, including Spaccanapoli attractions and monuments.
