The residence has 2 buildings, each with 2 floors. Each apartment features a furnished balcony, TV and a kitchenette. Some have sea views. Our view from one of the corner units was absolutely incredible. The place was perfectly clean both in the room and on the grounds. Folks were friendly.

Plenty of easy and free parking at the hotel and It is an easy walk and very short walk down a path to the beach. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Never hear any noise from other rooms despite the hotel being fairly full during our stay. It is short walk into town and restaurants and there's a gentle hill coming back that shouldn't be a problem for anyone without mobility issues. Hotel rooms are modern and clean, someone really knew what they were doing managed the last renovation as the hotel feels very up to date compared to many other options in Italy! Bathrooms are modern, key cards are used to access the room, and a great modern elevator to help with those heavy bags!

The Ottone's wellness centre offers a wide variety of beauty treatments. There is also a gym, hammam and relaxation area. The location was phenomenal. Breathtaking views everywhere. The rooms were large and clean. The pool and the private beach were amazing. Somehow the food was even more spectacular. I cannot say enough good things about every meal we had. I would recommend this site to anyone. The price is worth it and the travel to get there is worth it. They helped us set up taxis both on the island and once we were back in main Italy. We did a facial and massage while here as well and again cannot say enough good things. I have to come back.

The Sant'Anna is a large estate of 230 hectares. You can enjoy pleasant walks in the untouched nature of Elba Island, scattered with olive trees, oak trees, oleander and Mediterranean bush. The accommodation is beautiful and very clean and well looked after. It’s spacious and you feel like you are in a mystical place

Rooms come with a TV. Each room is fitted with a private bathroom fitted with a bidet and shower. Extras include free toiletries and a hairdryer. Hotel Punto Verde was in a perfect location! It was close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants. They served a beautiful breakfast with many options. The room was clean and decorated in a unique and “beachy” way. It had a nice terrace with a table and chairs. The best part of the hotel,however, was the staff! They went above and beyond to be helpful and to make the stay comfortable one.
