The truth is that this hotel went beyond my expectations, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, the breakfast is so delicious with so many options (I’m vegetarian), the hotel is located in front of a ferry station which is very very convenient, you can go everywhere walking from the hotel location. The rooms are super clean y very classy and beautiful with amazing views.

Great breakfast, the owners were very welcoming, went out of their way to prepare breakfast before the standard hours, so we can eat before we catch an early train. Very quiet, although it was in a busy street. We loved our 2 nights stay in the junior suite.

The building is old and charming, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is amazing, extremely polite and sweet young people, who speak great English. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, everything we tried was amazing, the service was great. We cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back!

Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the mountain and lake. The view from the room and room terrace is spectacular. The pool is great with spectacular view. It is very quiet and relaxing and the room has very good curtain shades so you can sleep very well in the morning. The host is very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean and they clean the room every day. The room is huge and you have plenty of space. Breakfast is very good, you get croisssants, bread, butter, jam, nutella, coffee/tea, fruit, fruit yoghurt, juice (and if you need anything additionally they will bring it to you). They offered to pick up us at the ferry station when we came to Bellagio. Bed is very comfortable and good size. If you need iron or anything else they will bring it to you.
