It features a panoramic terrace, a lounge bar and air-conditioned rooms located in a historic building from the 19th century. WiFi is free. The Hotel Damaso is perfect. It really made our first trip to Rome very special. The location is excellent: centrally located, equal distance to all the major sites. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable with an awesome balcony. The breakfast is fresh and delicious with very friendly waitstaff. There are dozens of fabulous restaurants within waking distance. And right across the street there is a taxi/uber stand. This will be my hotel every time I return to Rome.

The room was gorgeous, very pretty- the whole place was spotlessly clean, it had a lovely little balcony and the jacuzzi was so relaxing and cool after long walks in the heat. It was easy to get everywhere from here and the host left us complimentary water and a bottle of wine.
The hotel was great, the staff were so lovely and they upgraded our room for free due to availability. Facilities and service was fantastic, included breakfast was great too. Nice outside area to relax after a day walking around Rome.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions and amenities. The terrace is amazing, offering stunning views and a great place to relax. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Giulia, who went above and beyond in assisting us with table bookings. She also prepared a lovely surprise for my boyfriend's birthday, which made our stay even more memorable.
We upgraded to a sea view suite and it was defiantly worth it - we basically overlooked the beach. The room was nice and big with an extra large bed and sofa etc but the view was amazing, we were so close to the sea! The staff were extremely friendly Breakfast was a well stocked buffet in a lovely dining room with the option to sit on the balcony We had lunch one day in the garden and it was delicious The beach area was relaxed and not too busy
Lovely hotel, rooftop with views across to the Vatican, Dominic was very friendly & helpful, we got an upgrade to the deluxe room with the jacuzzi, was amazing
Property was good distance from main train station, metros and busses. Restaurants and shops close by. Reception was very welcoming and they upgraded our stay free of charge for our honeymoon, which they remembered. Hotel was clean and amenities to use in room good. Roof top is nice with lovely views. Shower and bath good and hotel itself is in good condition, clean neat and looked after.
Rooms were amazing, very clean and well presented. Romantic rooms so definitely recommend for couples, Bed was very comfy and jacuzzi bath in room was lovely and relaxing, just what you need after doing 20,000 steps a day around Rome! Valentina and staff went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly and were always a call/text away for anything. Location was great, close to metro and only a 15-20 min walk to the colosseum. Could not recommend a hotel more.
