Our Spa offers different kind of massages and relaxing or beauty treatments, as well as natural mud baths. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff very friendly. Had a massage it was amazing.

Was lovely and relaxing 2 nights after a very busy 2 weeks of travels . The Giulia and Frederico were very informative and helpful about where to go and booked restaurants for us . Their place is a piece of heaven and that combination made us feel above the clouds, when they heard that i wanted to propose to my girlfriend they were super excited and keen to help which made my proposal the best experience it could be, all thanks to them!
Huge living space. Although I only needed a bed for a night on one of the via Francigena stages, I got a full apartment with two rooms, a wide-screen TV, a kitchen, a fridge and even a piano. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, plus a full fridge of drinks and snacks. As I arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning, I didn't have time to take advantage of the opportunity to spend time in the spacious courtyard, playing table games and just relaxing in this lovely apartment.
Lovely room, very clean and comfortable. Great location-peaceful and relaxing. They even have free Netflix so we could watch movies in English. The owners and their son are friendly and very welcoming. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Great location,.quiet quaint countryside with a great pool and jacuzzi. Friendly and helpful staff The apartment had all the modern facilities in a renovated castle buildings. Lovely village. Highly recommended it to get away from the maddening crowd.
Apartment was huge, much bigger than expected. Beautiful large pool that the kids enjoyed playing in. Plenty of outdoor space to relax. Restaurant was of such high standard. Food was gorgeous and staff so lovely and helpful. And not to mention the organic wine was amazing.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our favorite thing by far was the breakfast, it was super delicious and always very diverse. The rooms are spacious and sophisticated and the air-conditioning works well. The pool area is lovely, offers a lot of space to relax and a nice, clean pool and you can have quick lunches/drinks/snacks there too. There are a lot of free parking spaces at the hotel, and parking in the area is generally very cheap everywhere (3 € per day).
Location of the property is excellent, the building very interesting and with lots of charm, lovely garden to relax in after a long sightseeing tour. Everything of interest very close by. Parking was easy and safe.
