I’ve worked in hospitality for over ten years and rarely have I found such kind, thoughtful, and professional staff. The services offered are truly outstanding: free happy hour, 24-hour coffee and drinks, a smoking area on every floor, vending machines, microwaves, and beautiful, well-curated amenities. The room was extremely comfortable, with a great bed and a spacious, modern shower. You can feel the attention to detail and the guest’s well-being. Also, the location is strategic, perfect for exploring the area. My sincerest compliments to the hotel manager and the entire staff: a wonderful example of Japanese hospitality.

Boasting a 390-year history, Funaya offers hot-spring baths, a beautiful Japanese garden and a sauna. Wonderful & pleasant staff. Loved their service & bkfast & dinner. Thanks for serving us our French dinner even when we r an hour late.
