Newly opened in August 2016, Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kyoto Ekimae offers accommodations with free WiFi. The hotel is directly connected to JR Kyoto Station and a 4-minute walk away. This was my third time staying at this hotel and it's still the best I've stayed in while visiting Japan. Service from all staff is excellent! The rooms are also the cleanest I've seen. You can walk between the hotel and Kyoto station underground. Great when the weather is bad or if it's really hot outside.
