Everything was perfect. The room was very modern and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed very comfortable. It was great value for money and we will be staying here again on our next visit to Puebla.

I liked all services; And the extended time that the hotel gave us to make the checkout; I want to recognice the good service, attitude and smiles of the lady in the front desk (Sarai), the guy in the pool area (Marco) ans the waitress staff in the restaurant included Ximena; They are excellent hosts !!! My family and I were visiting my son and this is one hotels we stayed at during out visit to Mexico. We loved the rustic style and the whole place was very peaceful and relaxing. There were plenty of places to sit but we particularly loved the little terraces outside each room. Whilst the pool area was small we didn't have any problem with it being too busy. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy with rooms being serviced daily. Food was excellent too and we loved that breakfast was served until late. All the staff were very friendly and attentive too.

Amazing staff. They were so helpful and professional. When we were sick they cooked rice for us. We are so happy with the facilities and was a great value for money. We saw different rooms and they are all so bright. Highly recommended.

The hotel looks great, rooms are very spacious, beds super comfortable, everything in the hotel is sparking clean, and with a special decoration and style. The staff was very friendly... only point for improvement would be their knowledge of the way booking.com works and how to handle this with customer. We also loved the surroundings which has a lot of green areas to walk around.

The location is perfect to reach both the historical centre and the more modern parts of Puebla. During our stay the staff was amazing, including during the evacuation caused by a small earthquake!
