I booked the full suite and it was better than expected, even though they are currently working on greenbelt 1 & 2 we did not hear anything. Location is perfect, walking distance to all of the shoppingmalls and easy access to both airport, and other areas of Manila. Breakfast was also amazing, wide options. Something for everyone!

Situated 1.8 km from World Trade Centre Metro Manila, Park Avenue Boutique Hotel Manila offers 2-star accommodation in Manila and has a garden. The Guest house was very nice place to stay in, I think the best in Philippines! I strongly recommend this host! The hostess was very hospitable. They keep their comfortable place within the family, it is so cute! Also there are dogs, but if you don’t like it, you can not contact with them! The breakfast was fantastic and the price super! Asia mall is near, the food market is near and this hotel has the yard , not on the street, with mangos!!!!!!
