All rooms have access to a balcony with views of the UNESCO's World Heritage Site of Douro Valley and include a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Certain rooms feature a seating area where you can relax, and guests are welcome to use the shared lounge. Our stay was absolutely perfect, we enjoyed every minute! We were welcomed with homemade port wine and really good recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The room was very clean and cleaned daily, The air conditioning was working very well and made our stay convenient on really hot days. We enjoyed breakfast and infinity pool, and a jacuzzi in the evening as well. Overall our stay was exceptional and we will definitely recommend this gem of Dou ro valley and will arrange another trip to come back!

Was able to check in early which was helpful. The hotel is in the most splendid position on the river with fantastic views.

Overlooking the scenic Douro River Valley, Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food is set in a historic country house and surrounded by a garden and vineyards. It features an outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant. The location and views are amazing and the facilities are beautiful. The owner is wonderful. She goes to a lot of trouble to make her guests feel at home. The dinner was delicious and so was the port wine which we were welcomed to taste. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

The Vila was great, especially the hot tub and accompanying features like the view, pool, gym etc. There is a great Wine tasting experience right across at Quinta da Massora.

Every part of our stay was brilliant. The staff couldn't do more for us and very friendly. We had booked a room with a private pool and it was fantastic, a completely relaxing little haven. We ate a few times in the evening at the restaurant which is a set daily menu of 3 courses and we also did the on-site wine tasting which I would highly recommend. The other thing we did was order the picnic one evening which was lovely, all freshly prepared and delivered in picnic baskets to our room. Perfect romantic and intimate couples holiday!
We got welcome snacks and a bottle of lovely wine. The location and views were wonderful. The decks were great to sit out and relax. The house was spacious and was well-equipped, appreciated the washing machine. There was a nearby town for a few groceries and restaurants.

It's an ideal place for an overnight stay whilst taking the Miradouro Train from Porto up and down the Douro Valley. We had a beautiful, spotlessly clean room with a balcony. The young staff were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed some small snacks there with a lovely Douro red wine (of course!) in the afternoon, and a lovely breakfast, with a lot of variety in the morning. The hotel is very convenient for the railway station. A perfect stay, thank you! ❤️
Relaxing, scenic and pleasant. Rooms are basic, but exactly what I expected. The terrace was lovely place to sit, with a bottle of wine overlooking the valley and vineyards.
Fabulous welcoming by friendly and helpful staff. We were lucky to be proposed a free upgrade to their suite which was an absolutely beautiful accommodation wtih Jacuzzi, Terasse and all. The Douro Suites' garden peaceful garden, library blend perfectly with the stunning river & region itself.
My boyfriend and I agreed that this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in (and we travel a lot!). The views are insanely beautiful and you can stare at it from the lounge chairs by the pool all day long. The food was really great, with fresh produce on site (amazing tomatoes!). The wine was really great and was provided at great prices in the restaurant. Such a relaxing and romantic place! The room we had was small but nicely done.
