Situated in the heart of Triglav National Park in Ribčev Laz, Hotel Gasperin Bohinj is 250 metres away from Bohinj Lake. It offers Bed & Breakfast, en-suite rooms with satellite TV and fridges. The best lodging we stayed at the whole trip. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and all of the little things like sockets, storage, and bed lights that make traveling easier were considered. The most expansive delicious breakfast we've ever had at a lodging.

Surrounded by unspoiled nature, Hotel Bohinj is situated 100 metres from Bohinj Lake. It offers rooms with mountain view and few rooms on the top floor with lake view. Gorgeous hotel just a short walk from the lake. The design and decor of the hotel is exceptional and the garden overlooking the lake is perfect for afternoon drinks at sunset. Dinner was wonderful, breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Offering a barbecue and views of the mountain, Apartments and rooms Cerkovnik is set in Bohinj, 4.2 km from Vogel Ski Center. Free private parking is available on site. Very friendly people and a great location!

Boasting a terrace and views of mountain, Rustic House 13 is a country house set in a historic building in Bohinj, 7.2 km from Aquapark & Wellness Bohinj. The location was wonderful in a small village, away from tourists. We got to experience rural living. Our hosts were very informative, helpful and quick to respond. They gave great recommendations including a wonderful meal in the next village which was only a 15 minute walk and some very helpful sightseeing suggestions (including warning us about 2-hour limited parking which unfortunately we didn't heed and ended up paying a 20€ fine). Accommodations were very clean, bright and clutter-free. Great mini kitchen for self-prepared breakfast. Our stay in the area, as short as it was, was made extra special by the hosts and their guidance.

Situated 6.5 km from Aquapark & Wellness Bohinj, Apartments & Rooms Stare offers 2-star accommodation in Bohinj and has a garden. We had an amazing time in Sredna Vas Bohinj. The town was reachable by both the arriva bus that runs regularly and the 2euro Bohinj tourist bus that runs in high season. The accommodation was perfect for us as it was so close to Triglav national park and the starting points of major hikes. It had everything you need including a mini fridge, table and chairs, private washroom, wifi and a tower fan. The host was even nice enough to let us use her kitchen to cook meals. She treated us at check in with a nice cold drink and highlighted some of the great things to do around the area proving us with a map and hiking routes. Of all the countries we have been to in Europe, Slovenia probably does tourism the best making the national park so easily accessible. 10/10 recommend this place as home base for exploring the park.

Surrounded by nature and featuring a children playground, Rooms Pekovec Bohinj is located in centre of Stara Fužina just 1.5 km from the Bohinjsko Lake. Free Wi-Fi access is provided. I loved the calm atmosphere of the House, the rook was clean and smelled so good, the house-ladies were gentle and friendly and the price was fair.

Set at the heart of the Triglav National Park, right next to the Savica stream, Vila Park B&B - Adults Only is only 350 metres from the Bohinj Lake. Everything. Location is perfect, a 2 min walk to the lake (just miss some restaurants nearby). The property is great, the garden is wonderful with the "green" river running through it, and there are chairs and table so you can chill and have a drink there. Jana, the host, is fantastic, helping with utilities (coffee machine,..) and giving tips for discovering the area. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious (fresh fruits, bread, sweets and salty food). Drinks and sweets are available all day long. The room was also very nice, large and with a little fridge. 4 nights was not enough!

Located 400 metres from Bohinjsko Lake within Triglav National Park, Accommodation Resman is 4 km from the Vogel Ski Resort. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. Perfect location - parking can be limited and pricey in Slovenia, so this was the perfect spot to leave the car and visit the lake on foot! Stayed 3 nights - the room is comfortable and has A/C and a small fridge. Common kitchen area is available to cook which is a real plus! Also able to do laundry. We even tried the spa/sauna despite it being 32° out (for an additional cost), which was lovely. The host responds very quickly and was helpful and flexible. She explained that the accommodation has been passed down through generations and that they do some sort of work on it every year.

Enjoying a scenic location in the heart of the Triglav National Park, only 300 metres from Lake Bohinj, the Hotel & Villa Stare offer en-suite accomodation with free WiFi. I had such an exceptional stay, from beginning to end. The location is so quiet and tranquil, while still being very close to hiking trails, and still offering incredible, breathtaking views. The host provided personalized recommendations for sights and hikes, and was very accommodating with food in terms of vegan options. It was more than just exceptional customer service, the staff were so kind and considerate. They went above and beyond; I greatly appreciated their generosity and thoughtfulness. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone, and if I ever return to Bohinj, I will gladly stay there again.

Located in Ukanc in the centre of Triglav National Park and a short walk away from Bohinj Lake, Apartments Alpik offers modern Alpine inspired apartments with balconies or terraces set in nature... We were taken aback by the sheer beauty of the surroundings. The chalet is near the Savica river, perfectly located for walks on the lake or through the forests. It was everything we wanted from a mountain chalet and more. I couldn't recommend this place enough. We are not into the habit of going back to the same place over and over again, but I would definitely return here!
