The hotel is located a short walk from the Riverfront district and not far from the lively Old Town with its markets and shops. You can visit most of the cultural and historical sites on foot (except for the national park, the beach, and one or two temples, which are outside the city). I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere too.

Pooma Resort features colourful bungalows with free Wi-Fi. Situated 150 metre away from Chao Lao Beach, it has a 24-hour front desk and on-site parking facilities. The location was good, near the beach and peaceful. BBQ facilities and outdoor seating area were available for every room.
