Breakfast is a complete meal and a large variety of choices and homemade. The room was clean and had a basket of fuits and snacks. The bed very comfortable and the view from the room, just gorgeous. Really loved my stay and would love to come back. There are a few activities, around. Boat trip to james bond island can be organized through them. Would advise to rent a car to get there and easily move around

The family who run the hotel and friendly and very helpful! The breakfast was nice and made to order. The location is great to walk to most places or get a grab easily. The pool was perfect after a long day of exploring! Definitely would recommend to and family or friends traveling to Chiang Mai.

Hongkhao Villa offers a Lanna-style boutique resort located in Chiang Mai, close to the Mae Ping River. Everything perfect, the houses and beautiful garden look and feel exaxtly like on the photos (if not better) and the hospitality and friendlyness of the staff is amazing, they would always be there to help. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Thailand...

The hotel was really nice, great location, super nice staff and great breakfast - and they made everything gluten free for me, even the french toast. The caramel latte for breakfast was also a highlight.
