    Amenities - pool area included pool, hot tubs and changing area. Can borrow games, play free mini golf. Close to Lake Louise shopping/dining. Comfortable beds, but on the hard side. Daily basic housekeeping includes towel changes and refresh of any toiletries/dish washing. Had a family of 5 in a 1 bedroom condo with a Murphy bed and couch, the room was comfortable and gave some privacy.

    I have stayed here several times in the past 5 years. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view from the balcony. The hotel is in an excellent location Jacuzzis are perfect after a day of skiing. Lots of space to chill outside. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

    Definitely recommend staying at this place. Everything was clean, the staff was nice and the beds were comfortable. and the best thing is that I had booked a bunk bed for two nights, but when I checked in they upgraded me and gave me my room for the same price. I had my own room for two nights. A very nice and pleasant surprise. Thank you very much.

    The Fairmont is absolutely stunning. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the front of the hotel and mountains. Staff were all really nice and helpful. The walk across the lake was so beautiful and relaxing.

    As we had asked for two beds and the suite we were given had only one large one, we were upgraded to an excellent two-bedroom suite. It was very well-equipped and was an excellent place to stay while exploring the Lake Louise area.

    The front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They were able to offer us weary travelers a complimentary upgrade to a cozy 2-bedroom condo with fireplace and balcony!I The walk into town was short, and the bus and shuttle stops were located nearby. Our request for a late check out was graciously granted so that my son and I could visit the amazing gondola on the morning of our departure!

    Easy check-in. Massive master bed and spacious bedroom. Nice bathroom products. Great communal living area. Easy location if you have a car and what easy access to the road network. Great all inclusive breakfast.

    Great location, great breakfast buffet (price not included in room cost) or could purchase some individual items (ie granola). We had the “deluxe” 2 bedroom suite, which worked out great for 2 couples.

    First of all there is no AC unit in most the units. It was uncomfortable, they do leave a crappy fan in the room that broke on us. They do not allow pets, they gave me an upgrade but again there was no ac, and hair in the shower on the walls, and the room was quite small. There is microwave , fridge and coffee maker. The hot breakfast was actually great and the mattresses are comfortable at least in our room #1.

    The 1 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything needed for a family. The hotel facilities were excellent with good onsite restraunts.
