Great place, I really liked it, so I give it the highest score! Just a few little pieces of advice. First, I would recommend to make it possible for the guests to fill all the forms online before checking-in. Second, I would recommend to include city tax to the main payment (I know it's possible). So after checking-in people don't need to fill in forms and look for coins to pay the city tax. But again, it's just a minor thing.
