The location (few minutes away from the train station), the apartment itself, and especially its spaciousness, the newness (which often is not the great thing) but liked the design, amazing bathroom, and especially shower, terrace.. everything was great! The host was also super sweet and considerate. Gave us plenty of recommendations, and even more!

The apartment is immaculate. Every room is beautifully decorated. There are two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a beautiful shower and a washing machine. The living room with a large table for 6 people and a smart tv. The kitchen is fully furnished to cook. There are automatic window shutters for the night. Every room has A/C and heather. We stayed one night, we were so tired that we decided to stay in and order a pizza. Check in was smooth, there is a lock box with a code. Check out was easy as well. There is a grocery store nearby and a pizza place close to the building. You could hear some voice from the neighbors but nothing crazy. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge, sweets, snacks and coffee pods and tea. It was nice you enjoy a cup of coffee when we got there. We had a very good experience, highly recommended place if you are visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre.

We stayed on room with bathtub inside the main area. All the room and bathroom is renovated and new, the toiletries and amenities were nice. The automatic door opening makes it convenient to get there without the need to meet someone for check-in. Also it was my partners birthday, and they offered me to arrange decorations and wine with fresh fruits with they were perfect and very tasty. The property manager Cristian kept in touch with us by WhatsApp and he was readily available for help and recommendations. We also lost a necklace in the room and they kept and brought it for us in the train station the next day. I would recommend this place and would love to come back.

Great location to train station. Also many restaurants near by. I didn't rate the staff because there is not staff. You call a number when you get to the address and they tell you how to retrieve the key and get into the room. I think they also sent and email, but we were out of our country and I didn't have my phone on. So if coming from states, make sure you can retrieve emails or call. There is NO luggage storage at the train station. It's down the street. This place was very near the luggage storage, which we used while taking ferry in Cinque Terre. I'd stay again.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. The location is a bit removed from the busy tourist area, but a pleasant walk there and a very short walk to a decent grocery store. The apartment had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay.
