Perfect location, out of all busyness.If you like to hike, you can walk from Coconut Tree Hill, which is just a few min away, to Mirissa beach, it will take you around 25 min, we did it every morning and evening, with a pleasure, otherwise take a tuk tuk. We had the upper room with a balcony, it was spacious and very comfortable! The access to the kitchen and the fridge was super handy but the breakfast prepared by the owner was a real gem! Delicious, huge portions and everyday something different so no boredom! The monkeys on the tees doing a performance every morning was something we didn’t experienced anywhere else. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony during the day and at night and got an awesome and very filling breakfast in the mornings - it was different every day during our 4-day stay (we extended!)
