Everything was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious and Ronny thought about so many little details which made it feel truly special. It is located in the red district but you cannot hear anything when sleeping inside. The blackout curtains were amazing as all the amount of storage. Complementary coffee was also greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

The Vier Jahreszeiten Hamburg has a selection of bars, including a beautiful lakeside terrace along the Alster Lake. Is it better to have loved and then lost, or to never have loved at all? That is this hotel experience in a nutshell. Everything was exceptional from the pillows to the concierge, to the hotel Grill and the ambience. The staff was exceptionally friendly at reception. The rooms were incredibly large, clean, and well-furnished. The beds are turned down for the night and you quite literally sink into the pillows like Goldilocks. There were also an abundance of amenities from the obligatory toilitries, to complimentary sewing kits and snacks/wine upon arrival. The stay also included laundry and shoe shine service, conveniently made available within the room. Attention to detail is an obvious utmost priority here! The Hotel Grill was another phenomenal experience. Our server(s) (a young blonde gentleman and another young man with a crystal tennis bracelet) were knowledgeable and accommodated our tight schedule. The food was a delight, we had the chateau briande and the truffle-parmesan pasta. Even the doormen were so incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us without hesitation and seeing that we got where we needed to be with a taxi no more than 5 minutes away at any given time. I truly did not want to leave, and I found myself wanting to live here like The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. 10/10!!!

The location was supreme and the area was quiet although close to Portugiese and Spanish restaurants
