The place is cozy, warm and tidy. Private bath room and onsen are amazing, muscles feels relaxed and skin is very smooth after enjoying the hot spring. The host family is super nice and friendly, breakfast and dinner are delicious, the quality of the food surprises me, really love it!

Excellent location for exploring Mount Aso region. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having a buffet for dinner and breakfast so we could choose what we wanted. The room and facilities were all very modern and clean.  Clean, spacious onsen. We were happy to have laundry facilities available.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by nature. Room was stylish and spacious, looking out into a private garden. There was a private outdoor onsen connected to the room as well. The locally sourced food was amazing and served in a private room with a garden view. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Various English explanations for the course menu, hotel and surrounding area. Free parking.
