The booking website failed to identify requirement to reserve dinner or breakfast. Dinner and breakfast reservation is only accepted at time of booking the stay. The staff provided excellent recommendations of places to eat and the food choose was awesome.

Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The room was comfortable and pleasant, the onsen was clean and very relaxing to use. Parking was free and easy. The staff was very kind and spoke great English. They had a great selection of drinks eg sake and beer to order to the room should one wish

While a little old, it is in excellent condition, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Excellent public baths. The japanese-style room with ocean view and private bath was magical. I sat in the bath watching snowflakes fall, with the sound of waves crashing. Service was excellent. Breakfast buffet was worth it. Extensive selection.

Room was clean and spacious. Daily complimentary wine, drinks and snacks. Good spread for breakfast. Onsen was good. carpark available. Location within 15mins drive to city.

Its an older building in a traditional Japanese style. The furnishings are consequently a bit worn, but the beds were very comfortable and the owner was delightful and clearly put a lot of thought into the design and amenities. The tea and hot water was a particularly nice touch. I would stay again!

It was very spacious, clean, comfortable and staff were friendly. Food served at dinner was exceptional and breakfast was good too. We really liked our suite room, it came with a private garden and outdoor bath

The location is very close to the tram station. The onsen is big and nice. I went in the middle of winter and onsen helps adjusting my body to minus degree weather. Breakfast and Dinner were great.
