We slept with the windows open for cool air, listening to the river. The staff were friendly and helpful, a really wonderful owner. We loved being greeted by a kitty and watching them enjoy the property! We enjoyed the private onsen. The hotel is clean, and they sell food for a reasonable price; considering how hard it is to find combines around, this is very convenient.
