Dinner and breakfast were served in our room with an explanation of the dishes. The in room onsen was so relaxing as were the public onsens and massage chairs. We left the ryokan to walk to the nearby bookstore and grocery store which was close by and a fun experience. Parking was very easy. Great place to relax, recharge, get a inroom massage is recommended, onsen experience, we had our own inroom onsen as well, looking out to the private garden. Our host though not fluent in English was very hospitable and allowed us to use translator for easy communication. We really enjoyed the Kaiseki cuisine (hands down to the chef) and the private onsen in our room, very very relaxing! The staff were all super nice and made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Our room was spacious and had many areas to rest in... Such as the outdoor balcony and private open air bath. Our dinner and breakfast were also very excellent! We were served a lot of food and they were each presented like pieces of art. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience.
