Beautiful, picturesque stay in the mountains of Sapporo. The staff were professional and organized, allowing us to stay in their lobby with a scenic view of the snow, river, and mountains while we waited for check in. We were provided with local snacks and drinks and our room was ready 30 minutes early. The dinner was delicious and well-portioned, favorites being the steamed rockfish and pumpkin brûlée. Staff were attentive throughout the meal and offered to refill our rice whenever we were out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and stylish. We booked the suite with a private onsen and it was wonderful to soak and watch the snow fall outside. The staff also helped us reserve our taxi to the airport after check out and the overall process was very smooth.

This was the best onsen experience I've ever had. Room was amazing with a sauna and onsen actually in the room. However, it was the staff and the chef that made the stay the best ever! They took into consideration an allergy my son had to certain food type and went above and beyond to accommodate. They were all wonderful.

Great property, although not very big hotel but it properly design for onsen hotel. The hotel has modern design but still there is japan design in every detail, very clean, neat design, and feel so comfortable in our room. We booked tatami room with private onsen in room. The scenery from mu window room was so beautiful. The hot bath in our room was so hot with the beautiful scenery from the window. Love this hotel very much! I would like come again!
