Loved the integration and cohesion of modern and traditional Japanese design. It is upscale, sophisticated and very serene. I felt the lobby intentionally and successfully reminded me of sitting around a Kotatsu. I really loved the room and the low Japanese-Western seating area. The property is convenient located while just a bit tucked away to not be on a busy street. The onsen was very lovely. Staff are extremely welcoming, and helpful. I’d be back in a heartbeat.

The staff were lovely! It’s located around many, many beautiful places. The Onsen is nice.

I liked that the property was Conley a few minutes walk to the Sapporo station, odori park, and a lot more places 😇! There’s also a 7 11 a block or two away!

The menu and breakfast and dinner was excellent. Customer service was 5 star. The Onsen was amazing and a wonderful meditative space. All the services offered exceeded my expectations.

This was the best onsen experience I've ever had. Room was amazing with a sauna and onsen actually in the room. However, it was the staff and the chef that made the stay the best ever! They took into consideration an allergy my son had to certain food type and went above and beyond to accommodate. They were all wonderful.

The entire hotel was gorgeous, with unique shared spaces (like sunken seating areas) and beautifully decorated. The bath was great, indoor and outdoor, and the food was good. Free tea of all kinds and coffee always available

The room was huge and looked amazing! The staff were amazing, the private bath was amazing, the sauna was great, free beverages in the room, the lounge area looked cool and free beverages from there was great too!
