Outstanding friendly and helpful service provided by the owner. Excellent choice of breakfast options served in your room, superbly presented and prepared with fresh ingredients such as Greek yoghurt, fruit, fresh baked baguettes and croissants, and good quality traditional breakfast fare such as eggs, bacon and sausage etc. Beautifully appointed, character accommodation, in traditional cottage just a short alleyway back from the harbour front and all amenities. Lots of homely touches in the decor.

Exceptional clean self catering cottage. No nonsense hassle free check in with lovely hosts. Convenient location to visit surrounding area with local pubs very close by with great food.

Loved the Mongolian gers, the futons, white cotton linen and twinkle lights around the tent. Also loved that we were given a pack of fire wood to keep us warm at night. Loved that full English breakfast was available at the canteen with alternative milk options. Staff was great at recommending where to get Cornish Pasties! Generally speaking, for a YHA experience that I wanted my two boys to experience, and for the price we paid, we couldn't ask for more!

“Barn” was amazing and absolutely beautiful garden. The place was clean and tidy. Location is quiet and beautiful. We had place to ourselves. The quirkiness was adorable and it really felt like a home which was really good. The dogs loved the house and the gardens. Loads of spare pillows and duvets if you get cold. Pull out futon in bedroom was really nice.
