Boasting an open-air bath and views of mountain, Onsen Guest House Tsutaya is a recently renovated ryokan situated in Hakone, 6.5 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Possibly the best hostel I have ever stayed - though that word doesn’t do it justice! Onsen and all common spaces were beautiful, the kitchen was the best appointed I’ve ever seen with everything from cooking sake to coffee beans and grinders, staff were helpful. It’s a bit out of the way of things but that makes for a really peaceful atmosphere.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Good location, far from the noise and within walking distance from the center as well as the bus terminal. Staff speak English fluently. Private Onsen available 24 hours free of charge.

Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. Everything was amazing. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very spacious, they were ryokan style rooms with everything you need. We tried private onsens and it is highly recommended. The best part is definitely breakfast and dinner. It is like kaiseki style with all the seasonal ingredients. You must definitely experience it! Location was also great. We'd definitely like to come back again.

Set in Hakone, 8.3 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, Hakone Gora KARAKU offers accommodation with a sauna, a hot spring bath and a public bath. mistakenly booked our hotel room for the next day of our stay. However, the staff was so accommodating that they allowed us to check in on the day we arrived instead. This was truly amazing, as otherwise we would have had to spend the day on the street.

La persona que ens va atendre era molt amable i ens va donar bons consells sobre com visitar Hakone i on anar a menjar (ens va recomanar un sushi boníssim).

Situated in Tokyo, 300 metres from Asakusa Fujiasama Shrine and 7.5 km from the centre, cyashitsu ryokan asakusa features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and an open-air bath. Everything, Taiga & Muki were great & very welcoming. Breakfast was marvelous. Room was very cozy & relaxing. The Onsen was great. Will definitely visit again
