We chose property due to its location near to Severn Valley Railway as we were attending an event here.
Property was easy to find, had on-site parking. Our room was spacious, with nice bathroom and dog friendly. Good breakfast choices and cooked breakfast arrived hot and delicious.

The location was excellent, we didn't eat there other than some excellent cobs from behind the bar. There was a great choice of beers lagers and cider which were all very well kept. The best part was the locals, very welcoming and full of advice about Bewdley, which I must add is a beautiful and very active place. Live music seems very important in Bewdley and the Horn and Trumpet had a brilliant band on. So if you come on a weekend don't expect tranquil evenings!

Kateshill is nicest B and B my husband and I have ever stayed in . The staff were lovely and friendly and we had the Henry room which was out of this world . We had never seen or been in such a beautiful room. The grounds Kateshill House is set in are absolutely stunning too and Bewdley is about a 5 minute walk away which was just fabulous..We loved everything about the stay and will recommend to everyone and definitely come back.

We were only there for an overnight stay, but called into the town before we checked in. It is a lovely town with a fascinating museum and craft centre. We had a lovely meal at the Little Pack Horse pub, with fabulous pies, with a special 2 for 1 deal on a Wednesday night.

Bewdley is a nice little place, interesting museum and nice walking along the river. Buses to Kidderminster, Bridgenorth, Ludlow and Telford run through the town so easy to get around as parking in these places was troublesome. Quaint full of character and charm. Local shops , places to eat and bars within walking distance. Travelled in February - very wet but still obviously beautiful . Had a lovely family feel , clean and no graffiti anywhere to be seen. Locals so friend.y and helpful. Like stepping back in time. We loved it!!!AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

We went for my husband’s birthday who is a steam train buff so he enjoyed the gala weekend We chose to upgrade to have a room with a bath and a sofa, good decision We overlooked the front of the building and it was so nice All staff were friendly and nice and a good kitchen as well as all food was spot on!

Bewdley is lovely town on the River Severn.
Bewdley is lovely town on the River Severn. Full of Georgian buildings and the stone bridge over the river, it is a great place to visit and stay. Lots of pubs including the Bewdley Brewery Tap on Lax Lane and various places to eat out, all within the compact town centre. There are lots of walking opportunities in the area, including alongside the River Severn to Arley.

Bewdley were having flood defence work in the town so a one-way traffic system was in operation, this worked brilliant for us as the guest house was only a 5 minute walk from the town centre! There were some car parking around the guest house as well, some free, most you paid for and it was reasonable! We went for the Christmas lights switch on, so there were Christmas market stalls there as well, so it was a Bostin night had by all...a Bostin night, and bostin accommodation. The views of the town are spectacular, but you need to walk around to find the Bostin ones!!

Added bonus of fresh milk plus bottled water still and sparkling in a fridge ( very quiet). The best bed ever even beat a premier inn bed.We didn't eat there on this occasion but have eaten here in previous visits to bewdley .
