Prestwick is a beautiful little place.
Prestwick is a beautiful little place. The main street is full of life, lots of nice shops, good choice of eating places, love the vine and the lido also the wee cafe that does senior citizen lunch, all home cooked, delicious served by friendly staff. It's a wonderful place for walking,I love it, the prom and the dunes. Don't change anything about it apart from cleaning the beach.

Good shops and plenty of places to eat. A well looked after town which is clean and close to Prestwick airport, Troon and Ayr. It also has two golf courses and a park. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.

We just went initially to watch planes at preswick airport. That was amazing seeing military and other aircraft coming in and taking off. But I loved the overall fact that it’s the only place Elvis came to in the UK. and we stayed at the adamton hotel where, Elvis went and made a call to Priscilla, prior to them getting married xx there are a lot of shops. But not a lot of local ones x

Prestwick is a clean town with a very good selection of shops, cafes, pubs, hotel accommodation, holiday flats , churches and the people are very friendly and helpful. It also has a great beach and promenade with good soft clean sand which has two cafes to sit at and have an ice cream etc. There is also a grass area beside the promenade which is great for adults and, children to have a picnic or to sunbathe. Prestwick also has a lovely park and play area for children close to the town centre. It’s also very close to Prestwick Airport for travellers and a few minutes drive to Troon and Ayr.. If you are a golfer Prestwick has great golf courses also. All round it’s a lovely town with all the amenities you need for a great comfortable and enjoyable holiday or place to live.. Excellent!!
The Golf View exceeded my expectations. Neil and Alison couldn't have been better hosts and were extremely friendly! The location of their property is in a great location and close proximity to everything you want and need. I stayed in the triple en-suite overlooking the golf course. The room was spacious and it had the largest beds and bathroom I've ever had in Scotland. Everything about the property was fantastic and I will absolutely be a repeat customer.
Really central and a short walk from town. Supermarket across the road for any necessities. Clean, spacious, absolutely everything you could need so very well kitted out.
We are regulars in Prestwick and usually stay at the Carlton hotel. It can work out expensive for two trims and this gives you so much freedom and space as a family.
Loved our stay and will definitely be back.
This was a grand hotel which has been allowed to run down. We had a dog and they accepted dogs but we were moved to an inferior room to that booked because of the dog. We were not forewarned about this or we might have tried elsewhere.
There was only one person on duty at the weekend during our stay. He and she were very friendly and helpful
Good nutritional food available for breakfast and dinner. Elegant historical country house is wonderful. Annexe where you will sleep more like a holiday camp in 86. All the better for it, some characters about. Staff are laid back Scottish style. Convenience store an hours hike away. Fab value for money airport hotel.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were what made it very special as they were so friendly and helpful.
Everything appeared to be Covid compliant and we felt very safe here.
The room was very clean and quiet with a great bed and bathroom.
Will definitely stay here again.
Prestwick is a lovely town with lots of individual style shops. The beach was clean with plenty of parking. The accommodation is Very clean and comfortable and an ideal base for visiting the surrounding Ayrshire towns.
this house is in the heart of Prestwick. we walked to the Main Street in 5 minutes!
the location is excellent for traveling all around.
the house is very spacious, beds were comfortable, and it was very clean.
The property was very clean and included everything you’d need in order to maintain the cleanliness. The distance from the town centre was amazing just a short walk and you’re right in the mix.
A very impressive house and grounds, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. Attention to Covid safety, plenty of sanitising stations around the hotel and sealed items in room.
Very nice house, very well kept and decorated. Easy check in. Would gladly stay there again on a next trip to Ayrshire. Highly recommended for any visitor to the area.
