Beautiful location near the water.
Beautiful location near the water. Downtown Mystic is quaint and charming. Don’t miss the Mystic Seaport Museum and aquarium. The sea chanty sings in January and June are so authentic and fun. It’s a great time.
Stop at Daniel Packer Restaurant and Inne. It’s got a great view of the water and 250 years of charm.

Mystic is a great getaway town.
Mystic is a great getaway town. The attractions were excellent. We could easily have spent more time in each of them. Seaport Museum was amazing. The Aquarium was one of the best we've been to. Submarine museum in Groton was well worth visiting. Downtown restaurants were great. Olde Mystik Village was a shoppers paradise. Great place for early autumn long weekend.
We enjoyed our meals at the Mystic Diner excellent food huge portions, Red 36 at the Seaport, Jealous Monk in Olde Mystic Village. Every person we encountered was as pleasant and personable as could be. Food was great. Just a really comfortable interesting happy feeling place.

Mystic is full of quaint historical attractions on a pretty coastline. Downtown is full of fun shops and restaurants. The aquarium is very popular as is the Old Mistick Village. The Mystic Seaport is a wonderful reenactment of an 18 century port town and shipyard.

Mystic was a great getaway spot.
Mystic was a great getaway spot. Everything was very easy to walk to. We rarely even had to start our car during the trip. There were an incredible number of dining options. The views of the harbors were spectacular and easily accessible. We stopped at the Aquarium on the way out of town and that was a fantastic last-minute decision, and well worth the price of admission, if even just for the Beluga whales.
Very clean, attractive, comfortable accommodations, nice breakfast buffet, convenient location close to Mystic Village, courteous staff. Very reasonable rate for New Years Eve. Only drawback is that you have to drive 2-3 miles to the center of Mystic, and parking in town can be a problem when Mystic is crowded in the summer; you may have to park several blocks away from Main Street . However we had no problem parking during this stay .
I came to Mystic for a night for the kids to splash in the pool and the pool was great. Clean and warm and quiet.
Paul was welcoming and informative. The room fit our needs and was clean. The young ladies clearing the inch or so of snow in the morning were cheerful and friendly. Have already recommended and will definitely visit again as Mystic is one of our favorite local towns. Cheers! From Ellington, CT
The room was clean and enough space, the bed was clean and comfortable, the lights all worked, the AC worked, the shower was hot and good pressure, the room was quiet, ample parking, right across from a Dunkin Donuts, very convenient location, close to Mystic, I-95. Desk staff (Dina) was very helpful, friendly. I did not use the outdoor pool.
Have stayed here in the past and it was the same. Very clean, quiet and all staff was friendly and polite. An excellent place to stay, close to everything. They even honored my request for a first floor room as it is hard for me to do stairs. The place to stay in Mystic for reasonable prices. Will stay again when I am in Mystic.
Cute, comfy, clean, and quiet. The property is lovely and just what our family of five needed for the weekend. We were close enough to explore Mystic, travel by ferry to Block Island for a day, kayak in the calm waters right by Harbor View Landing, and chat by the fire in the evenings.
Loved this hotel. The staff is so welcoming, accommodating, you feel like old friends. Food and drinks were excellent. Breakfast was really great as well. Very clean property pool is beautiful heated to 85. Will definitely stay here again thank you Hyatt mystic
People were friendly. Convenient to our family. Mystic is a lovely little village.. Good food in the restaurant. We were very comfortable staying there. We would stay there next time we're in Conn.
Location was good - 20 minute walk to downtown mystic, short drive to olde mystick village, and there was a great bakery that was only a 5 minute walk away. Staff was very friendly as well.
I liked the easy on and off to I95. I like that everything I planned on doing was very close. The Mystic Diner was in front of the hotel for meals. The pool was clean and not budy.
The hotel looked like it had recently been updated. The front desk employee Joel was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mostly the location (near aquarium and shopping) was great.
sent email waiting for full refund it was horrid hotel is all black mold heater in room busted toilet busted awful 3 rooms in 2 days left early it was that bad
