Was charged twice for same room. Had a heck of a time getting the money back. Very shady place to stay. Beware check your bank account before you leave.

We stayed in the queen suite, and the room was huge. It surpassed our expectations by far. We stayed in 4 different hotels on this trip 3 of the 4 were Hampton Inn's. We had a 1 night stay at a different chain hotel and quickly realized Hampton Inn's are far better for the same price. The Hampton Inn & Suites in Richmond, IN, was our favorite hotel of the trip.

Having the Tesla charger on property was a lifesaver. It was 2° when I woke up to leave the hotel, and having the charger plugged in and heating my car during the night. It’s rare to find a hotel chain that has EV chargers and I complement you for having them.

We had stayed previously shortly after new owners took over and remodeled. Had high hopes for our second stay.
I love this town, but I grew up here. It's changed a lot over the years, but I still love to come back every chance I get. There are lots of things to do, but the parks are beautiful, the historical museum is amazing and the people are wonderful!

This was a hidden gem! I wish all the Comfort Inns were like this. The hotel smelled clean, looked stylish and was a great value for what you got. Sorry, but we just stayed the night on our way to our final destination. The town seemed very nice as we were driving through. There are lots of options for dining, and there was easy access to shopping and the highways.

My friend and I stayed 3 nights in Richmond to experience Antique Trail No. 1 and we really enjoyed ourselves. We definitely had plenty to do during our stay. Absolutely everyone we encountered, from restaurant workers, hotel workers, store clerks, were so very nice, friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed seeing some beautiful old homes as we went around the city. Easy to drive in also.

Richmond is a very nice community located at the intersection of US 40 and I 70 on the Indiana/I 70 line if your a history buff and interested in the Wright Brothers their museum is just a short drive away along with all of Richmond's historical neighbor hood's and buildings
The gentleman that served breakfast(Richard) was awesome! He was very attentive to all guest and made each of us feel important! He is definitely an asset to your hotel. The staff was friendly and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little outdated. My family and I stayed here about 3 years ago. We had a very bad experience and I refuse to come back. After reading some of you recent reviews I decided to give you another chance and I am glad I did. We visit Richmond about 2 times a year and will be staying here again.
I stay at this hotel twice a year for recurring weekend events in a nearby town. Because my dogs must travel with me, the pet-friendly atmosphere suits me well as does the price. As is true at any budget hotel, amenities are few; however, my needs are met. The staff is always friendly and courteous, coffee is available in the lobby as well as the coffee maker in the room, wi-fi is available, and I have never found issues with cleanliness.
And there is a good Mexican restaurant next door!

The motel was described well in the reviews - clean and spare. The room is clearly designed for easy cleanup from pet messes - tile floor and plastic chairs. But it was very clean and the hotel desk clerks were friendly and helpful. There was coffee in the AM but no breakfast. There's a Cracker Barrel literally next door for breakfast.
This hotel was not good! Room was dirty, found a cell phone left in the bed under the made sheets, shower and bathroom areas were broken/falling apart and they allowed a group to party all night right outside of our room window on the hotel patio. We were still awake at 5:00 am due to this. Horrible visit and would never recommend!
Evening staff member was very friendly at check-in and handling our couple small requests (extra towel, etc.). Bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Cleanliness was average for a budget hotel. Location is very convenient to I-70 and services such as gas stations. Price was reasonable for a quick overnight stop.
They happily changed my room location to first floor. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious much more than continental breakfast. Nowadays a lot of places are saying no breakfast due to “Covid” but still charge same price. I will definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

I am so glad the hotel was right off 70 at my doctor was only 6 minutes away with pharmacy even closer. The room was very nice and so was the staff. The breakfast was very good. Every one handled covid very well.
Right off I-70, easy to find (with GPS), and relatively quiet. There's a Bob Evans restaurant right beside the hotel, as well as a Mexican restaurant across a busy street, but I would recommend Bob Evans.
Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Modern and lots of plugs for your electronics. Nice kitchen area. Great staff and exceptional breakfast options. Very family friendly place to stay.. Fair rate too!
No breakfast. No coffee. The room was clean and cheap. All I wanted. The fight between some people staying there was not enjoyable and not
Managements fault. I never had toilet paper my whole stay.
We had a bad experience or two in trying to book hotels via booking.com. Very poor and scary accommodations. The Hampton Inn and its staff were a pleasant relief.
Brand new hotel. Close to I-70 and to Ohio state line. Nice restaurants within a mile or less from the hotel. Everything was fine, and I would stay here again.
