Twinsburg is a very nice city. It is in a very convenient location between Akron and Cleveland. This is why I chose Twinsburg. Many restaurants to choose from. A great restaurant we ate at was called D’Angelo’s Ristorante’. Truly Italian. A must go. I would definitely stay in Twinsburg if I was travelling near Akron and Cleveland.

Twinsburg is an ideal city.
Twinsburg is an ideal city. It is clean, well manicured, seemingly
crime free, and has everything anybody could want in a destination city.
We have relatives in Solon, but prefer to stay in Twinsburg because it is
so quiet and well-landscaped.
Every staff member I interacted with (two people at the front desk, the server at breakfast, a housekeeper) was friendly, upbeat, and efficient. This is a nice hotel in a convenient location, but the staff really took it to the next level. Another great feature was that the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, even on the fourth floor. The fitness room was a nice amenity. The indoor pool and jacuzzi also looked nice, but they were always full of people, so I didn't use them.
I will have to say the staff here went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure our stay was awesome. As this is an older hotel our expectations were not high but I will have to say that they bent over backwards to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and the bed was beyond comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!!
We were there for the twins festival. Our first time. Picked this location because it was close to all the attractions. We liked the fact we had so many options for food close by. Cracker Barrel, Burger King and we drove to Macidonia for supper. We also liked the fact that it was very quiet and not a very large hotel. Just right.
Nothing, Comfort Suites Twinsburg is horrible. They will tell you they have a hot breakfast but the sign at the desk states is is “cold grab and go” Website says indoor pool is open, it’s closed and if you stay more than 1 night the sign at the front desk states you will not get housekeeping services. This hotel is a joke!
Location was the only thing that was good about this hotel.
This hotel was in town and many places were within walking distance.
There was adequate parking though parking lot was full with no spots available by morning.
Adequate breakfast, not as plentiful as other hotels. Kathy, who looks over the breakfast area is one of the nicest people I have met and is very pleasant and will brighten your day.
The breakfast was delicious. They have a variety of choices. You can choose a continental breakfast or a full breakfast. The hotel also has a bar and a mini-market in the lobby.
Manager tried to help but it is evident that this hotel needs some quality control. Nothing was taken care of. Will not stay againat any hotel owned by Wyndham
