Those with a hire car will doubtless have trouble in the high season with parking very difficult - the nearest we managed in March was around a quarter of a mile away! Some hotel building noise nearby, but this is likely in many places. Safe looking beach and plenty of bars and restaurants around. Plenty of buses to reach Palma, etc,.

Lovely beach! But don’t go there for the Spanish experience… it’s all Germans and german restaurants, German dentist practice, German osteopath, etc. Everything is written in German to the point that if I didn’t have basic understanding of the language, I could have struggled getting around. There was even a restaurant called “Wurst land”!

Lots of restaurants and bars we even had a superb Indian meal one evening. I liked the little bars with life music. Staying in Paguera It is not the most authentic Spanish experience (nearly everybody speaks German) and the architecture is average however a good place to relax and enjoy with family.Dorise - 10Scored 10

Excellent man-made beach - Platja Palmira. There were 2 more beaches also close by. Sun loungers and umbrella E4.5 each per day. Resort village with main street and beach street with restaurants/bars and shops. Side streets with further restaurants and bars. Felt very safe. Easy to walk around, did not need to walk far. In early Sept = 95% German retirees.

From the UK and Paguera is mainly German families, which was not an issue but meant all local bars and restaurants more geared towards Germans. We went into Santa Ponsa one day to Irish bar which was nice. The main hotel is lovely and modern, food was faultless and all staff were lovely from the reception staff to waiters. The animation team couldn't do enough even though my Granddaughtet was a bit shy.
