We also used the private parking (though we had to pay extra we were able to park inside the hotel). Room was clean (though it was not advertise that they don't clean your room every day). Bed wasn't super comfy, a sofa bed, but it advertised from the start how it was. Ladies at the reception where very kind and happy to help.
