Rich and tasty breakfast with perfect timing (8-10.00 am), we loved it.
Lovely building and is located near the walking zones and the sea. It took only a comfortable 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There is a supermarket open till ca. 23.45 in front of the hotel if you needed something to buy.
The signora knew perfectly when to serve our aperols.

There are so many places to eat! The food is excellent pretty much everywhere. The focaccia si to die for and so is the farinata! When visiting Lavagna you can forget about the car and if you wish to visit 5 terre the train is very convenient! Smoking should be banned in all beaches, though!

Small coastal town with cheaper accommodation than other towns in the area. (ie Portofino). Good rail service. Church of St Stephen is well worth a visit as the interior is spectacular. Not a huge choice of Restaurants but you will not starve!!. Some nice shops.
Simply outstanding! The rooms in the second house are brand new and laid out extremely well. The room Vernazza was one of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed at. Great views of the Mediterranean sea and very spacious.
Parking is available right at the property. The pool area has enough sunbeds for all guests and areas in the shade as well. Shuttle service down to Sestri Levante was reliable and the driver was very nice/friendly.
This place is a great base when visiting Cinque Terre - I will definitely return.
I do not know what to start with, first of all - people that work there are amazing! We came late at night, we were provided with all of the instructions, we were called and supervised, such care and attention we got that evening is very valued. Second, the room has everything, and the view is amazing. The pool and the view worth coming. The breakfast was specially made omelette right from the kitchen, multiple delicious deserts, fruits… amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.
Loredana bought the hotel three years ago. She is updating everything but covid has given a serious blow to her plans. She is extremely helpful and does her best to make sure all is ok. We wish her all the best and hope that she can do all she plans to do.

The hotel staff is truly amazing, they clean your room 3 times a day and the pool area and the spa is really good.
Also the restaurants have a really unique and great local food that you wont find in other Italian places
The room was clean and spacious and the location is a very good base for visiting both Portofino area and Cinque Terra. Plus the local towns of Lavagna and Chiavari are very nice in their own right. It was quiet at night.
