Well priced stay close to the beach. The breakfast was good, which had yoghurt, fruit, cereal, cold meat variety, bread & pastries. The hotel staff is friendly and helpfull. It can also be used as a base to go for day trips to Pisa, Lucca etc.. using the train.

Parking is conveniently located and just outside the parking exclusion zone enforced the day of the parade, so you don't have to worry about moving your car or getting towed. The location was excellent, right in town, with a great view right over the piazza. It wasn't noisy at all, though, as the windows isolated the sound. We didn't have breakfast there, but it looked nice. Room was small but beautifully and intelligently decorated, and AC was appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel Nice was exceptional! The hosts were welcoming and more than kind. Hotel Nice is definitely rated too low on the star category as I've stayed in higher star hotels which did not come close to these facilities.
