Location and the setup of the property was well organised.
This modern, stylish hotel is a 25-minute drive from central Melbourne and 45 minutes from Tullamarine Airport. The Glen shopping centre, bars and restaurants are 5 minutes’ walk.
Hotel Chadstone Melbourne, MGallery offers luxury accommodation in Melbourne's fashion capital of Chadstone. World-class dining, shopping and entertainment options are at your doorstep.
Close to hospital for appointments. Comfortable and clean with every thing you could need. Very good value for money. The local RSL had beautiful meals at good prices. The traffic is quite heavy and hard to negotiate if you don't know the area. There were plenty of places to eat and shops nearby but would need to drive.

I chose the hotel for proximity to a hospital where a family member was very unwell. The staff where extremely helpful in an emotionally stressful time for me. The room was lovely and the sanctuary I needed.

Staff very helpful & cheerful. Bed great. Lovely big shower & bathroom/Sink. Fridge awesome, cooking utensils very good. I found it was quiet, good sleeping. I was able to amble up the road for some takeaway beers. All great, no problems at all. Def stay again (Bomber)

We have stayed there serveral times because it's close to the metro pain
clinic that I go to when I have treatment and have to stay overnight
they have done a nice job of modernzing the rooms but the one we had
number 16 was very small we had just enough room to walk around the bed and it wasn't like we had a lot of lougage one small suite case and a couple of small eski's with some cold drinks in them
it wasn't easy to eat there it didn't look like there resterant was open
and I needed to have a light breakfast each morning at about 5.45 am
and there wasn't any service for that time of the morning.
next time ask for a larger room and take my own toaster and food to eat I have coeliac disease and need to be very careful with my diet

The rooms were clean. Beds were extremely comfortable.
The rooms were clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom very modern and clean. Excellent shower. Great meals at bistro and amazing kids play area. Friendly staff. Exceeded my expectations. 5min drive to Sandown which we attended for the caravan and camping show. Great location.
I cannot comment as my experience was so awful that anything that may have been nice or good about the hotel is unmemorable for how traumatic the actual experience of checking in and finding a needle in the bin in the bathroom that I had not ever touched or seen before it was very scary and Place are involved and stuff from the get-go were extremely rude and very dismissive and ask me extremely personal private questions almost interrogating me
The staff were amazing after we had a problem with the spa. It wasn't their fault but the water was a bit dirty because of the construction going on around them.
So helpful and kept me informed even after we left when the pipes were checked
I have stayed a few times but I will be going back 100%
I recommend them for a great night with the best beds I've ever stayed on in a hotel.
This hotel was amazing! A friendly welcoming smile on arrival, super fast check-in, very clean comfortable modern room with a great bed. The meals in the Bistro were very good and prices reasonable. The Team were friendly and the Customer Service was second to none - brilliant! We will stay here again AAA+++
We stayed one night and chose it to be close to Monash Uni. Budget hotel in price but everything excellent. Room small but bed, pillows and bathroom also excellent. Staff fabulous and helpful. A bit noisy but expected on a busy road.
Everything about the hotel was amazing
Starting from the welcome to the exit and how they took care of our needs including switching us to an upgrade.
And not to forget mentioning that the shops were just on the same building.
The rooms were good and neatly maintained. The front desk and house cleaning staff were helpful and met all my requirements. It's a good hotel with big rooms and an immense value for money.
