As soon as we started talking to reception I knew we would be choosing this motor inn as the place to stay when we are visiting the Mornington Peninsula. The location was perfect, close to the family activity we had planned and close to plenty of restaurants. The room was clean and a perfect size for the family. And the room had a spa bath which the wife loves.

I chose it for it’s quiet location and privacy away from the noise of other travelers. The cottage is set in the spacious back lot of Donna’s house. There are tall trees all around. The cottage was kept very nicely! It was spotless with anything you may need. Big bedroom, big kitchen with breakfast basics, big living room area and bathroom.
Calm at night, the sky is so dark you can see the milky way! Birds wake up early, I just used ear plugs. The location is perfect. Just a minute down the road there is a strip of shops with all the necessities you need to buy for your stay, cute coffee shops (Nursery) and Bakeries. Easy quick drive to the beach. Donna is very polite and kind! I have found my go-to place for Rosebud!

Loved this property! so cute and also extremely clean and it was one of the best ones we stayed at down in the Mornington Peninsula! The Jacuzzi was also really amazing! Close to the rosebud vicinities and only about a 10 min drive to go to our hot springs experience

It was a wonderful location.
It was a wonderful location. The apartment was very clean and tidy and everything that was outlined in the promotional. The balcony was large and had beach front views. One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard...
One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard with high risers, cheap apartment style accommodation and a Big Mac/Hungry Jack or KFC on every corner. Beautiful restaurants, clean uncrowded beaches, beautiful water to wade/swim in and still close enough to all of the stunning attractions the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. We made the right choice for 3 adults and enjoyed our stay...
We made the right choice for 3 adults and enjoyed our stay at Fairways resort….it was pleasantly to our expectations re: photos shown, spacious and clean…we had fresh clean towels etc daily…and facilities met all our basic needs. Thank you We had a great lunch of curry and seafood marinara at rosebud country club restaurant which was just a short walk away :)

Neat, tidy home suitable for a good family stay. We used it to celebrate my 60th with family (wife, kids, their partners and dogs). Everything was, as advertised. I'd def recommend and will stay again.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the extra large tub was so unique and relaxing. There was a lot of attention to detail! We loved the breakfast and food options in the fridge, very generous offering and enjoyed poached eggs a few times. Penny was available for any questions. We would stay again in a heartbeat.
