All the arrangements were awesome. The camel ride, rajasthani dance night show, desert safari and food all were very well organized. Staff greeted us well and respectful behaviour was an another plus point. They treat the guests like their family and take care of their choices diligently.
I really would like to visit here again with my family.
Shout out to families out there - this is best family outing idea. You should try atleast once.

DESERT SAFARI IN JAISALMER Great experience! I had a really great time going in the safari with the Venture Desert Camp. The hosts and camel guides were really helpful, understanding, and accommodating. From the checking process (in their air conditioned office), all the way to the sand dunes - we felt taken care of. The camel ride started in a local village and took us to the Desert National Park, where we enjoyed moments of serenity. The food was amazing - great flavors and prepared on site. Even when the rains of the monsoon came, they took care of us and took us to an alternate location where we had the option of shelter. Amazing crew!

Most amazing resort in the desert - quiet and peaceful. The staff are wonderful. It’s the little touches by everyone of them that made it the perfect holiday. The food is excellent and room service just as good as the restaurant. The complimentary camel ride to see the sunset was quite spectacular. Thoroughly recommend and hope to come back! We had a lovely stay at Golden Fort resort in Jaisalmer, the service was excellent - the staff were always ready to help with whatever we needed. We stayed in one of the tents - it was spacious and had an en-suite bathroom with hot water. In the evening we enjoyed a show - musicians and dancers and a good buffet meal. Overall we would recommend staying here.

To be honest I thought it would be a continuous desert beyond Jaisalmer before our visit there. Know that the dunes are formed at certain places only. But they are obviously out of the world. One has to visit it once.Dr Bhopesh - 6.0Scored 6.0
If you want to visit proper desert with Sandunes then Sam is...
If you want to visit proper desert with Sandunes then Sam is the place. Gets a bit crowded during winter season but it's ideal climate to visit Jaisalmer. You can do Jeep Safari for sunset and sunrise. Same with camel safari. Desert bike and parasailing also available. If you are traveling in winter grab some warm clothes as it gets really cold in the mornings and evenings especially due to the winds. there are tons of camps and most of them offer cultural program. There are also lots of restuarants around and personal vehicle can be really helpful.

Sam sand dunes are a must to experience when travelling Rajasthan and Jaisalmer. You can feel what's the meaning of coming back to the simple reality : sky, earth and you.... why not a one day tour or more to enjoy more as it is possible to ask for with the owners of the camp.

We had been staying in Jaisalmer and wanted a cultural show...
We had been staying in Jaisalmer and wanted a cultural show under the stars in the desert, so we went to Winds. We started the show outdoors with drinks and dinner when it started raining so we moved indoors for the music and dance show and to finish dinner. We especially enjoyed the dance with all the bowls on her head. In the morning we went for a short camel ride which is included.
