Bintulu town is a great place to visit.
Bintulu town is a great place to visit. Been to the local beach in the evening after the visit to the Tumbina park. Few good malls we visited n did a bit shopping. Almost every month i come to Bintulu.
Almost every month i come to Bintulu. Here i can get fresh seafood at Sebiew Wet Market, i can eat delicious tomyam at Warisan Tok Mek Restaurant or have a juicy fried chicken at An-Najah Restaurant. I also can bring my family to Taman Tumbina mini zoo at to Tanjung Batu Beach for relaxing. I also can window shopping at The Spring Mall or watch latest movie at Commerce Square. Bintulu is not much of a 'day' city, well-known for as a 'working' city. Mostly centralized on Oil & Gas economy. High expenses little city with low expenditure from my view. Much pricey in most items (dining) compare to Kuching. Not much developed attraction around. City is boomed with low-budget inns which is the most preferred by locals. Good cool weather. Small town with lots of greenery. By the coast. People were friendly and helpful. A number of tourist spots to go to. Relax at Tanjong Batu. Eat at Kuala Tatau. Bintulu is quite an active town. Nice daily Tamu and Pasar Malam. Lots of jungle produce brought to these markets. Lots of hotels to choose from and at good prices.
