There is no way to call the customer service as no one answers the call. So if there's any emergency, kindly dont expect to get help.
The concierge, Jahid was a great help, he assisted with everything from head to toe, and even arranged for welcome drinks, door gifts, and provided great hospitality during the trip. We asked directions as to how to get to Theme Park, and some areas in Sky Avenue and he showed us the directions.
The check-in receptionist, Joel was friendly and informative. He provided us with 2 key access cards (although we would like to have more) and side by side rooms were arranged, nearby the lift. Which is a great convenience.
Crockfords Level 3- Guest Service Centre - Catherin - Was a great help and assisted us with membership cards, though we feel that the counter is under-staffed.
** We wanted to cash in around 100k+ by way of instant transfer, however when we asked guest services or cashier counter, no one was able to assist us and they mentioned there was no way we could cash in so much cash, therefore we were not able to gamble much at the casinos.
Buggy Service was great and attentive. Good job to them driving the buggy from Crockfords to SkyAvenue, they did a great and efficient service.
Disgusting Experience @ Cafe.
The cafe in Crockfords, some staffs had really rude attitude and one of them mentioned, this is not my problem when they threw away the food while we specifically requested for TAKEAWAY. The staff even mentioned that it was not her responsibility and therefore don't ask her anything after she informed us that the food that we requested for takeaway was disposed. We haven't even eaten that plate of food. And the staff just disappeared thereafter, not even willing to rectify the situation. It was the most disappointing experience ever! Never visit their cafe, it doesn't hold up to the name, service, reputation and not even worth to go to.

Did not charge for childbed for Breakfast, very friendly and observing whether a small child is eating or not, come and advise to eat, and never charge for the children who eating less. Over friendly staff's. Even though Kitchen is closed, still able to take orders since understand there is no other food available nearby. Everything was nice, enjoyed every moment. Very cozy Hotel All hotel staff are friendy. WILL COME AND STAY AGAIN since I'm asian, we need water faucet in the toilet .Hope this is included on our next visit.

Over rated place with under maintained facilities and venues. If you are planning to see the Japanese Tea House and the Botanical Garden, I would suggest a 1 day trip should suffice since it is very small. Botanical Garden plants looks like they have seen better days. The Rabbit Farm was boring as the rabbit petting area are filled with rabbit waste. Fountain was dirty. Pizza was dry and crunchy. Location and the cool, crisp air is great. Ala carte cooking not readily available and could be an issue for people who don’t want to drive out esp at night. This property is deep into Janda Baik. Not a suitable properly for people with mobility issues. Customer service was good. Picnic by the waterfall is worth the effort. If looking for local shopping or produce, old ginger is fresh and good value.

At the moment, a day tour trip would be best in going to Colmar Tropicale because they just slowly opened and a lot of facilities are not yet available. The shuttle from the city is not yet available and there's only 2 restaurants opened this time. It was a great and fantastic place to visit for family.

The owner also provided plates/cups, cutleries and prayer mat for Muslim guest. Guest can have a coffee near the window while watching the sunrise, but need to wake up early..hihi..I also like the view from the kitchen, we can see Karak Hway. Location very nearby to Karak Hway exit. Not difficult to find food stall or groceries, just drive about 5mins to Bukit Tinggi shops area. Would definitely stay here again.

People actually come there just to spend some time without saying at the hotel, and it feels good. The place is on a hill surrounded by nature with some monkeys looking to steal something from you. So - fresh air and nice view. Bedroom and bed was really comfortable.
