Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was lovely although can get quite busy at times so seating is a tad scarce. Location for the docks & town centre was perfect.
Next to Liverpool ONE Shopping centre, this Novotel boasts modern, 4-star rooms with 55-inch LCD TVs. Liverpool Lime Street Rail Station is only 10 minutes’ walk away from the hotel.
Very outdated facllities . Needed enhanced cleaning of room and maintenance needed eg loose plug sockets stained shower curtains and poor drainage in sink . Cobwebs on ceiling and stains on wall . Main lights not working . Not worth the money charged

Bromborough, where I grew up as a child, is an ideal location for visiting the local towns of Chester and Liverpool, as it is located on both train and bus networks, with frequently running services at very reasonable fares. The historic town of Chester, the Lady Lever Art Gallery at Port Sunlight, and Liverpool City Centre, with it´s many tourist attractions are all within easy reach.
Bromborough itself, has a large shopping centre, just outside the village, but within easy walking distance, as well as the original village centre, with a wide range of shops and restaurants.

The accommodation is separated from the pub so there is no noise from people leaving the pub. The room was clean and nicely spaced. The shower was OK but as this was fed from the bath taps it wasn't very powerful but it did the job.

Staff lied to us and we were left to sleep in a car for the night after travelling over 6 hours to there we booked on booking and arrived and told we weren’t aloud to pay cash I was advised by staff if I found someone to pay on cars we could stay so we did and then they denied us to stay and said that was not aloud that night we could not find any other accommodations and had to sleep in our car u till traveler back the following day
The room was lovely and large and easy to get around with my elderly mum of 101 only one problem for me because I’ve got perfect hearing it was extremely noisy with the I presume outside air-conditioning unit that major horrendous noise quite often and scared me to death when it first went off. Breakfast was exceptional and made a pleasant change in a hotel to have very hot food and often being topped up and toasting machine that actually toasted your toast.
There was an issue with our booking as Booking.com had not notified the Village Hotel that we had a reservation. However, the receptionist stepped in (it was a customer digital checking in service) and was fantastic in dealing with the problem. He awarded us free breakfasts due to the inconvenience caused.
Room heating stayed on all night - unlike some hotels at which I have stayed that turn heating down or off for most of the night hours. The 'included' breakfast menu was extensive and the quality of the various items was superb. The service was friendly and the restaurant was warm and welcoming.
I stay in many hotels, air bnbs etc on a weekly basis throughout the year mostly for work and some pleasure
This year I’ve probably stayed in over 120 different places and hands down I thought the bed and pillows here were the most comfortable I’ve slept on all year
Hotel need updating or correct info on listings, this use to be a premier Inn and has not been renovated since they took over. The bathroom was disgusting with a stained toilet seat. We checked in then out in 10 minutes. We did not stay the night.
Breakfast was lovely. Well presented and hot. The Wait person was great.
The housekeeping lady was cheerful, helpful and has a lovely demeanour. In fact all the Hotel Team are amongst the best I’ve experienced in the area.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice each morning and again the staff were very friendly. The restaurant attached to the hotel was really lovely, great service and lovely food.
