I'd made a late booking forva mews appartment to look around the Oakham area with a view to moving. When I arr8ved I'd been upgraded to an appartment in the hall, which was beautifully decorated with superb views. The staff were helpful & friendly, at all times.

The staff were very accommodating over the room and check-in time. We had a superb bathroom. The pub had a lovely, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent - both the vegetarian and full English breakfast. Although we didn’t have the pastries, they looked delicious. The location was first-rate for exploring Stamford.

We had a great welcome on arrival, with the staff seeming to know who we were and greeting us with warmth. Check in was super easy. The owner was very friendly, and was kind enough to arrange taxis for us.
The location is good, with plenty of parking. The cooked breakfast was nice.
