Clean, comfortable, peaceful. A fantastic breakfast to start the day, and perfect view of the seafront. Couldn't ask for anything more and very well priced - will definitely use again.
In a popular part of Ryde, on the Isle of Wight, Yelf's Hotel is a former coaching inn with a restaurant, close to the hovercraft and ferry services to Portsmouth and Southsea.

Traditional old hotel that I really liked. Its a little bit tired and fraying at the edges but aren't we all. Good location right in the middle of town, no problem parking. Was warm, comfortable, decent value for money, I have no complaints

Check in will be at the Sandringham Hotel on the Sea Front. You will need a car ferry to get to us as we are on a beautiful Island just off the south coast – the Isle of Wight.

The area is beautiful and long walks around the beach are a must. The accommodation was lovely and it felt like we were in a little village. The local wildlife was extraordinary and very entertaining to watch over the beautiful landscape.
Down the road are two wonderful pubs, The Fort and The Boat House, Both provide delicious food although the Boat House was quite expensive.
The area provides easy access to Ryde and Newport which leads to most of the Island. The roads are easy to drive with no Motorways or busy commuter roads. No matter where you go the scenery is breathtaking. Seaview is a lovely town, very clean and the people are extremely friendly. We would certainly return.

As an elderly couple with movement problems the nearby seawall and promenade allowed us to enjoy daily walks overlooking the Solent. The variety of yachts, cruise ships and speed boats moving between the mainland and the Island and going out to sea giving us an interesting view.

Seaview has a large dog friendly beach and several eating places nearby that are happy to let dogs in. It is close to Ryde for the hovercraft to the mainland and shops, adventure playgrounds and places to eat.

Very helpful staff and an extremely comfortable bed in a gorgeous location. Very good breakfast. They called me immediately when I accidentally left behind some things and posted them to me on the same day! Amazing!

Seaview its self is very small with very few facilities but is a nice area for sailing or walking along the sea wall. There are a couple of nice pubs in the area but both seemed to be a bit on the expensive side for drinks and food.
We had a wonderful stay at The Brackens, we were lucky to have good weather, so we enjoyed the beautiful garden and short stroll to the beach. The house was lovely with lots of home comforts, very clean with lovely furnishings. Seaview is a lovely little seaside village and we had nice meals at The Old Fort and The Crab and Lobster. The Seabrew coffee stand on the beach sells great coffee and cakes.
We made lots of great memories and definitely recommend both the house and location.
Property was in a good location, Seaview, St Helens, Priory bay etc easy walking, plus excellent pub The Old Fort close by for drinks, food and FREE Wifi. WE bought a weekly bus pass to travel around the Island, mostly needing to walk to Ryde to catch buses. Pleasant walk along the coast but nearly Two and a half miles so give yourself time. Cooking facilities were okay for our needs all pots pans etc available.
The room was exceptionally clean and well furnished. It had a good bathroom and a lovely view directly over the sea. You could fall asleep to the sound of the sea. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff were friendly. Good location for the beach and for walks. Handy for the ferry at Fishbourne and as a base for exploring the island. Seaview is a quiet and laid back place. Would revisit.
So much more inside than what the photos online show so we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival . Everything you could possibly need whilst self catering was available.
The place was clean and plenty of plug sockets. In a lovely quiet area of the Isle of Wight and would definitely return, already looking into our next visit 😀
Owner had thought of everything that you might need for a self-catering holiday plus hotel-like extras such as tea, coffee, milk, soap, shower gel, etc. Plenty of cleaning materials. Maps, leaflets, games provided. Free parking nearby. Good place for walks.
This was self catering accommodation set in a very quiet location backing on to a nature reserve. The property was well appointed, clean and a pleasant 2 minute walk to the seafront.
