I asked for help, and the property refused. We checked in, went briefly to the room, didn't touch anything. When we left I heard my son had been in an accident, at home in Spain, 200km away. We went back immediately, to cancel the room (within an hour) and told them the circumstances. They understood, we thought, offered their condolances and understanding that we had to return home and now didn't need the room, and after I spoke to your Customer Services, I was told we'd get refunded. The manager shook our hands and said sorry. Today, I came home to find an email from Booking.com saying the property have refused to refund, for an un-tocuhed room. I am appalled that the property have done this, and that Booking.com have allowed this. I have been a customer for many years, and no amount of problems before has ever caused me to complain. I would like this decision to be reviewed, and for you to refund the money if the property will not. This is the biggest and worst customer service I have seen in all the years I have been a loyal customer of booking.com You need to sort this out and someone needs to refund us!

Everything was perfect. The owner is very nice, the location is excellent in the middle of the city but still very quiet, you can find everything you want nearby. The apartment is big, very nicely decorated and very clean. I recommend this location and I will definitely come back
