Beautiful building with spectacular interior. Brilliant location for access to all the wonderful sites. Near to lots of restaurants and bars. No fuss hotel . The rooms were comfortable and clean with great beds and bedding. Mini fridge was a bonus. Also really helpful and friendly staff.

Hard to comment as this is not a usual hotel experience! It's a trip back in time to the late 1800s - like staying in a castle or similar! Yet you still obviously have the aircon wifi etc. Breakfast was fantastic. Free parking 100m away (yes, the car park is free) I think that particularly Americans would be blown away by staying in a place older than their country!

Lovely staff who were helpful and friendly, very nice comfortable rooms. Free street parking and you can park and drop your luggage. We had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant. I highly recommend it and would return. Sabiote was a lovely village to explore.
