We loved the relaxed nature of the hotel. A lovely place to chill out and brilliant facilities to prepare your own food and make drinks etc.
Every evening they have a happy hour and free s’mores to toast on the fire pits.
The staff were all so helpful in recommending the best things to do and making us feel so welcome.

Good location right next to heaveny tram, and also we definitely liked the free valet parking Rudy greeted us when we arrived and he was awesome. The hotel has gaming room and coffee bar which was closed when we were there but they had coffee in the lobby overall will stay here again next time we go to south tahoe. Will recommend it to my friends n family

Customer service was excellent. Manager, Todd called and updated me on reservation. He gave me his cell number in case I needed anything. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Location is perfect for walking to local restaurants, bars and Deli. Food choices in town are very good. Menu's creative.
Todd is an expert on local fishing. He was personally responsible for us having a successful fishing trip.
