The only thing i liked about this room was the shower. even it could have been better. the shower head was located too close to the wall, so it was uncomfortable to get washed. The location was nice, just a block from the OC boardwalk. Of course it was off-peak season so much of the Boardwalk was closed down

It was on the first floor. Room was attractively decorated and it would have been nice to have coffee on the porch, but it was February.

OC is OK for an off-season stay.
OC is OK for an off-season stay.
Avoid it like the plague during busy summer months.
Local politicians have implemented draconian rules and curfews to protect their image and revenue stream. Hopefully the individuals targeted by those measures (youths) will member how they were treated and vacation elsewhere in the future.

Great Family resort, but getting too expensive.
Great Family resort, but getting too expensive. We love it there but the only way we'll go there is off season and even that is getting up there. I wish it were dog friendly like Delaware/Maryland beach towns in the off season. They should make parking free off season like Delaware/Maryland beach towns also. If we had a Manco pizza in Delaware, we would no take anymore trips to OCNJ. Sorry we love Ocean City, but everything is getting out of hand.

Bathhouse was convenient and clean on the boardwalk.
Bathhouse was convenient and clean on the boardwalk. Looked for more of a variety of food to eat but not many options on the boardwalk. Mostly pizza and ice cream. I didn't want to move my car and lose my parking space.

Very clean area.
Very clean area. Loved seeing how every property looked nice especially beautiful landscaping. It is not a rowdy place which we loved! Plenty of good restaurants but we found a few favorites we went back to. That nicked the Sunrise for breakfast and the Anchorage for dinner. Since we are retired it’s easy for us to come during the week rather than the busier weekends. We were exceptionally pleased staying at the Harris House. A great location. Parking available. Really well run with great staff.
I stayed at the Impala Suites on Jul 21st-Jul 23rd 2023. I thought the place was clean, close to the boardwalk and although our balcony was facing the pool, I was worried about nighttime noise, but it was quiet. The staff seemed very nice and made you feel welcomed. The cover parking is an added plus too. Keeps the heat off your vehicle. Easy to find as well. Loved the location. Would consider staying again being that I prefer hotels instead of motels.
The location is amazing! We stayed just one night and while it was raining like crazy and the end of winter, some shops were still open (and the ocean is beautiful no matter what time of year). The hotel is absolutely gorgeous- loved the small kitchen we had! Would definitely consider staying more days over the summer.
For the time of covid the cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. This was the first time we have been down to Ocean City NJ in over two years. I will certainly hope I will be able to get a reservation for the Biscayne Suites again.
Staff is very friendly. Room and pool were clean. Location was great. We could walk to the back of the hotel and get right on the boardwalk and beach. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Ocean City.
The hotel is in a great spot. It's clean and warm and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and polite. We had a sea view king suite and could hear the waves all night long. My wife and I loved it!
Pool, outdoor shower , staff friendly , close to beach/ boardwalk, permitted to park in hotel lot after checkout; reasonable ; ability to accommodate 6 of us in one room for reasonable rate 😊
The Biscayne has always been a great place to stay in Ocean City. The property is well taken care of our room was clean and updated and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
