We booked this hotel last minute. The host instantly sent over a video to explain how to enter the property as we were arriving at 2am in the morning. I dropped her a message to ask how we could travel to the train station, she said that she could arrange transfer for 10 euros (we were being quoted 30 euros for a 10 minute drive by taxis!!). Any questions that I had about Italy or any help that I needed the host instantly responded and helped in the best way that she could. The rooms were perfect, with a little balcony. The shower was excellent and so were the beds. I couldn’t recommend to book this hotel enough as everything was perfect. If we are ever in Italy we will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect for a short stay if you're passing thru Bergamo Airpor as its only 10 minutes in a taxi and also 10 minutes into Bergamo Town
The lady on reception was excellent and very freindly, she easily organised us an early check in and directed us to a nice little restaurant for lunch

The room was very spacious and clean. Can’t fault the staff. They were great. Had such a lovely stay. Room was cleaned every day.
They have a restaurant in the hotel and the food was lovely!
On our last day it was raining quite hard the lovely staff gave us an umbrella.
